Hello my lovelies ❤️
I wanted to post a heartfelt message to all of you here, I know this is where most of you will see it.
Over the past two years I've been going through some very challenging health struggles. I withdrew very quickly from many of my groups and circles. I haven't been very communicative. And I'm truly sorry if that has caused confusion or hurt...it was never my intention!
It was important for me to take care of myself as I went through some private struggles personally and within my family. My ability to be active and involved was severely decreased through this time. I'm happy to share details through DM if anyone is curious.
I'm back now - with purpose and passion. And it's time to tell my story. If it helps just one person...I know it will be worth it.
For you guys who know me well or have heard me speak, you know it's always been my heart to help women and young girls who have been oppressed, abused, isolated, and ignored. You may even know about my own story of lifelong abuse, addiction recovery, and mental health.
I'm transitioning out of marketing and finally starting my non-profit, called Women Elevate. Our mission is to create meaningful impact in the lives of women and girls around the world. This has been a project 3 years in the works but from a lifetime of experience.
There IS beauty from ashes. There can be purpose in pain. And we can be made whole again, even after tragedy and horrific acts have been done to us.
