YETI, Set, Go
Your brand nerd pals at Axio have long observed that many of the strongest, most durable modern brands are rooted in simplicity, whether that’s purely their visual identity, their messaging, or both. As warmer temperatures arrive, the ubiquitous coolers and drinkware of YETI (all caps, of course…that’s part of it!) will provide an illuminating example of this streamlined strength. While YETI has confidently carved out a brand footprint that aligns with their utilitarian, rugged products, a new ad campaign shows they have some creative versatility up their sleeve. By knocking their wordmark out of its rigid container and extending the brand to encompass an ecosystem of other four-letter words, the block becomes a flexible badge that can be made to fit in with virtually any lifestyle, sport or activity…showing there is truly a YETI for everything.
