Here is the difference between the other guys who do what I do, and me. If this was your house that you were trying to sell, which photo creates more excitement. This same excitement turns into fear when people realize that if they are this excited about the house from a photo, there are going to be other people who are too. This leads to more showings, and the potential for multiple offers - which translates to a higher commission and more referrals for the realtor you referred me to. However, they will sale this house with the "other guy's" photo at full market value. The difference is those that use us sell their house's for 3% - 5% more. So you could sell your $300,000 house for $300,000 using the other guys, or at 4% using us, you can pocket $312,000. This is the BEST investment a realtor referred to us can make for their clients!
