I am such a proud mother and have to share this wonderful feature from the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation - Rocky Mountain Chapter about my amazing son, Joseph Brock. Joseph’s journey with Crohn’s has been filled with challenges, but his strength, resilience, and determination continue to inspire everyone around him (including his mom!). As a Boettcher Foundation Scholar at Colorado School of Mines, he’s thriving academically—wrapping up his chemistry undergrad in just three years—and is already exploring PhD programs. At the same time, he uses his voice to advocate for the IBD community and give hope to others.

I am incredibly proud and humbled to step into the role of Board President for the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation - Rocky Mountain Chapter. This mission is deeply personal to me—when Joseph was diagnosed with Crohn’s during his junior year of high school, our world changed. But through the Foundation, we found hope, support, and a community that has made all the difference.
What started with a simple message from another IBD mom has grown into a passion for advocacy, fundraising, and finding a cure. I’m honored to serve alongside so many dedicated individuals who share this same commitment.

Excited to be meeting Lynn Ward in Denver this weekend for our annual Ward Law marketing retreat! This is a weekend I look forward to every year—filled with strategy, creativity, and big ideas to make the year ahead even better. Lynn Ward and Stephanie Brock are in Denver for Ward Law’s annual marketing retreat this weekend. This tradition helps us reflect, strategize, and plan for the year ahead. Every year, they take time to step away from their offices and focus on strategic growth, creative planning, and innovative ways to serve our clients. Over the years, they’ve met in Hays, Wichita, Lindsborg, and now, for the second year in a row—Denver! No matter where we meet, the goal remains the same: to elevate our firm, strengthen our brand, and continue serving our clients with excellence. I’m incredibly honored to be the chair of this year’s Night of Hope Gala, a cause that’s deeply personal to me because of my son, Joseph, who battles Crohn’s disease. The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation has been a lifeline for us, and this event is a chance to make a real impact in the fight against Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD).

🌟 A heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported the Brock Bowel Baddies and the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation - Rocky Mountain Chapter Colorado Take Steps Walk! 🌟

This year's event raised over $83,000, and it's all thanks to YOU! The love and support that poured out at this event were truly overwhelming. I am so grateful to my friends and family, both near and far, for making this event such an amazing success.

Spending the day with my family, supporting Joseph and everyone who battles daily with inflammatory bowel disease, was incredible. Dennis and Benjamin helped out at the event and walked alongside Joseph. Benjamin has always been there for his brother, and Saturday was no exception! Joseph’s friend Alexa also joined him at the event. She has been by his side from the very beginning of his diagnosis and surgery to this past weekend when they celebrated his health. It was touching to see a friendship that has endured so much.

To all who have supported Joseph—our family, friends, and Joseph’s college friends who donated to our team—you are a treasured part of our journey. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! 💖
