The Lunar Eclipse will happen in the physical constellation of Aries
In a distant conjunction with the Moon, Jupiter Rx is there, also in Aries and as these two dance, in opposition to them is the Sun in Virgo (yes we're still in Virgo season) and conjunct to the Sun is Mercury & Mars within 2 degrees of each other in Libra.
The interesting thing with all of this is if you look at the aspects of the whole chart, these oppositions are but 2 sides of a larger square that also touches the Ascendant and The Part of fortune.
I feel like I could write a super long post on this Eclipse, but I'll do my best to just hit the pinpoints that feel most relevant.
Starting with the Moon conj. Jupiter Rx in Aries with Uranus Rx in Aries too -
The Eclipse is getting Aries energy directly, but also has the opposition of Mars/Mercury, so like I said emotions will be running high, and the war, anger impulse is also going to be front and center as talks of war, anger and fire, fire, fire energy is also heightened, but with the lucky planet of Jupiter in retrograde there it may sooth some of that fiery energy down to a mighty steam. And mixed with the Eclipse maybe just maybe that will bring the energies inward and mute them for just bit so that the collective of Uranus Rx can take those fast and unexpected changes inward to reveal our own innate leaders who know how to use the energies to seek, to intuit, and to ride the rollercoaster we collectively seem to be on.

Then the opposition to this is of course the Sun in Virgo wanting to illuminate, but we have the moon stealing the show as it moves into the Earth's shadow, and knocking on the door beside the Sun is Mercury and Mars conjunct in Libra with the South Node Rx on their heels also in Virgo.
Breaking that down - Remember after the darkness comes the light, and with that the light is focusing on our day-to-day routines and how we communicate with ourselves. Is it in anger as we see the reflection in the mirror or is it us communicating with the leader we've stepped up to be for those we love (which I hope includes ourselves). Just don't let the karma of our past bring us into the pits of worry and anxiety. Instead take that light and communicate in balance and with harmony taking the shards of fire out of the equation. In other words - balanced emotions with balanced knowledge, with the yin and yang of the collective balanced on where we choose to lead instead of blindly follow.
The squares of the Eclipse are intense taking the above and adding in the Ascendant as it mixes with all of that, it too is poised for a battle, but the calm cool head of Capricorn is there asking us to be responsible, to not let government be in control, but instead let the individual "Me" know what actions are best. Again, where can we be the leaders out of the darkness?
On the other side of the chart at the descendant we have The Part of Fortune asking us where can we find happiness in darkness? Where are we so turned around that we have met ourselves coming and going? And, maybe, it's just in the here and now that all this karma can be found reaching out for the light of happiness in spite of what the outside world looks like.
The greatest light is Love, and that finds Venus in Leo – be confident that Love wins. That’s my opinion anyway, and my utter belief in all honesty. I don’t think it’s a mistake that with all the madness happening in the world right now that on this eclipse we have Venus in Leo in the same section as the Part of Fortune in Cancer. We need to remember we make our home a happy place, we can choose Love and confidence, when the outside world says differently.
Pluto of course is still standing strong, ready, and willing to shake things up, to emanate will-power to cause transformations to our world, how we choose to respond to the transformations is up to us.
Which brings us to the Midheaven, where our purpose, transformation, and transcendence is poised and asking us to be responsible, to make a commitment to connect to our higher self, the divinity that shapes and moves us, with Libra, Scorpio, and the great Alchemist Ophiuchus. Will we take that purpose and move heaven and earth to transcend the battles that haunt us, or will we sit back in the shadows and think who am I to transform, who am I to ascend to new heights when all of that is happening?
These energies are asking us to connect to our Divinity to transform and transcend the old paradigm and move into the Alchemy of our higher-selves and allow the leaders within to shine.
At least that's my take on the full chart of the Full Moon Eclipse in Aries....
