We’re absolutely thrilled to welcome Kerry Bailey to the Magneti team. 🇬🇧✨
Kerry is a strategist, storyteller, and born-and-bred Londoner who believes marketing should do more than just look good, it should make a difference.
Her love of marketing started early (and yes, it involves a lost teddy bear, a local newspaper, and a storybook ending). Since then, she’s built a career rooted in creativity, heart, and results — including leading an award-winning healthcare recruitment campaign that exceeded goals during one of the most challenging periods in recent history.
Kerry brings:
✔️ Deep strategic thinking
✔️ A sharp understanding of brand voice and storytelling
✔️ A belief that true client partnership means knowing a business inside and out
✔️ And strong opinions about British sausage rolls
She’s passionate about embedding herself in the businesses she serves because she knows the best marketing isn’t just creative, it’s informed, intentional, and aligned with real operational goals.
We couldn’t be more excited to have her energy, experience, and perspective on the team. Join us in welcoming Kerry to Magneti! 👏
