If you can build a website that fast, why did you stop selling them?
We get asked this constantly. AI builds eighty percent of the site now, probably ninety. A full fifteen to twenty page website that used to take weeks is a couple of hours if the assets are ready. The work got easy.
And we cut the service anyway.
Because the one thing you cannot automate or leverage is the human connection back and forth. Here is how we frame it. AI agents are like a well thought out private dinner for ten. Websites are like weddings.
It is not the task. It is the management of the expectations and the people. There is so much they put into these dreams, their brands, their colors, what they saw somewhere else and now want on their site. Managing that set of expectations becomes a job of itself, rather than completing the task.
And we could have automated that too. We could absolutely build an AI agent that handles all the interaction and the questions and sends the work order straight to the builder agent. We could do that tomorrow.
But it eliminates the whole reason they came to us to begin with. They trust us. They enjoy the interaction. They feel comfortable with it.
So we cut the service instead of cutting the relationship. As Matt says it: I refuse to keep them to a one liner and a fifteen minute consultation. I refuse to cut that, because that is the whole reason I built the model that I did.
That is the actual skill with AI. Not automating everything you can. Knowing the part you never should.
We help small teams automate the fulfillment and keep the humans where they matter.
