Our team had the honor to present in front of some of Southern Colorado’s top leaders and industry experts during an executive media training session today. While we are often behind the scenes pitching newsrooms and studying the ever changing landscape of global news outlets, being good stewards of our clients’ stories and helping them properly prepare to share that with a wide array of audiences is just as crucial as lining up the interview itself.

So grateful for the opportunity to work alongside the Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC and some of our regions leaders.

🎉 Celebrating Marion's Retirement

Cheers to an incredible career milestone for Marion Boyce as she announces her retirement! Marion's journey has taken her from Augsburg, Germany, where she earned a degree in Business Administration and Foreign Languages, all the way to Colorado Springs, where she relocated in 1994 to support international sales and marketing efforts across Europe and the Far East, at just 26 years old.

From there, she built an extraordinary career spanning global tech giants like NCR, two decades immersed in digital and inbound marketing, and finally coming full circle in 2024 to join Red Energy PR, blending her marketing expertise with her passion for authentic storytelling and public relations. Through every chapter, Marion's philosophy has stayed the same: "Never Stop Learning." It's a mindset that shaped her career and touched everyone lucky enough to work alongside her.

While she now calls South Carolina home, we are excited for her as she steps into this exciting new chapter. Marion is looking forward to traveling the U.S. and the world with her husband, Phil, spending time with their growing family, and making memories with their children and grandchildren.

Congratulations, Marion, you've earned every bit of this next adventure! 🌍✈️ (And don't worry, she wants us to remind everyone she's not "that" old!)

What can happen when a student has the flexibility to pursue multiple passions without sacrificing academics? Just ask Xander Bickford. The Cascade Virtual Academy student from Klamath Falls recently traveled to Arlington Virginia as one of just five finalists in the K12 National Cook-Off Competition after creating an original backyard-inspired pizza. Along the way, he's also balanced his love of cooking, martial arts, and competition all while thriving in an online learning environment.
