A few months ago, I almost talked myself out of it.

I told myself I was too busy.
That I had enough on my plate.
That maybe it wasn’t the right time.

But I took the chance anyway. 💜

Now I’m healthier, stronger, more confident, and helping other women do the same.

The truth is, you’ll never know what’s possible if you don’t give yourself the opportunity to try.

I’m so glad I stopped asking “What if I fail?” and started asking “What if this works?”

I’ve never been the type of person to sit around and wish for a different life.

I work for it. 👏💜

When Brynli made her cheer team, I didn’t want the conversation to be, “Maybe next year when we can afford it.”

I wanted the ability to say YES.

Yes to the uniform.
Yes to the opportunities.
Yes to the experiences she’ll remember forever.

And let’s be honest… kids don’t get cheaper 🤣

Next thing I know she’ll be driving, then college, then who knows what else.

That’s one of the reasons I’m so grateful I said yes to this business.

Not every workout is perfect… and I’m definitely not perfect either 💜

But that’s never been the goal.

I’m not trying to be perfect. I’m trying to feel better in my own skin, get stronger, have more energy, and show up as the best version of myself.

As a mom of 3, consistency will always beat perfection 👏

Honestly, adding BPPs into my routine has been a huge game changer for me when it comes to supporting my goals. Do I have perfect days? Absolutely not 😂

But I’m making progress.
I’m feeling stronger.
I’m hitting my goals.

And honestly? That’s perfect for me 💜
