Also - seats behind 1st base = easiest access to the stadium playground 😍😍😍

Not to mention it’s also right by allllll the food, bathrooms, and of courrrrse the baseball hat ice cream 😁😁😎🥳

🔥 I recently checked out (Eldersburg) and left seriously impressed.

What stood out most wasn’t just the workouts… it was the mindset.

"Wait… I think I actually needed that.” 😅💆🏽‍♀️

Lately on the podcast...🎙️

I had a conversation with Stephen from that starts with massage therapy… but quickly turns into something bigger.

We talk about stress, burnout, and how so many people are shifting from seeing massage as a luxury to seeing it as part of their actual wellness routine.

Because honestly? Between work, kids, schedules, school chaos, and just existing in 2026… a lot of us are carrying way more tension than we realize 🫠

And one of my favorite parts of this clip is hearing him talk about the moment clients walk out of the treatment room realizing just how much they needed that pause.
