Aging gets talked about like decline is just something you’re supposed to accept. I don’t believe that.

Train to Age Well is a new free resource built around a simpler idea: stay capable, stay independent, and question what you’ve been taught to accept about aging.

This is not about chasing perfection. It’s about protecting the parts of life that matter most. Our movement, confidence, freedom, and the ability to keep doing everyday things well.

If that idea speaks to you, the resource is now available for free.

We assume that as we age, we just start to decline. There are some basic moves you need to keep up with to age well. The Key 6 is my free downloadable guide on how I train to age well.

Circumstances sometimes create individual truths. We should be mindful that what is “fact” to us may not always apply to someone else

It may be easier to identify ourselves by a label when asked who we are but, I don’t believe there is one word or phrase that could define any individual.

I completely reject “it is what it is” as a philosophy.

A lot of what we accept as normal is just conditioning we stopped noticing.

That does not mean every belief is wrong.
It means every belief deserves to be questioned.

Especially the ones we were taught not to question.

It’s just easier to believe that the other side must always be wrong. That’s why picking a side has become a default.

Today I am questioning the unquestionable assumption that there is only right and wrong.

Looking back, I don’t think “putting in the work” led to anything. I was just staying in motion. Keeping up with expectations.Following patterns I never really questioned. Because we don’t question what we don’t know is questionable.

And that’s where things started to shift. Not all at once. Not with a clear answer. Just different questions:

What if hard work isn’t what we’ve been told?

What if it’s not constant action…but what that action is actually connected to?

It felt like I was the only one hard work wasn’t working for. Doing what I was supposed to do. Putting in the effort. S...

It felt like I was the only one hard work wasn’t working for. Doing what I was supposed to do. Putting in the effort. Staying consistent. And still feeling like it wasn’t leading anywhere.

But it’s not just one person. A lot of people are operating this same way.Following a version of “hard work” that was never clearly defined… just repeated.

Stay busy. Keep going. Don’t slow down.

I spent years doing that. And I still ended up somewhere I didn’t want to be. That’s the part that’s harder to ignore. Because it’s not just effort…it’s what we put effort in to.

I thought working hard meant staying busy.

Always having something to do
Always moving to the next thing

But over time it just started to feel… full

Like I was trying to make time for everything and still not really feeling like I had any
