How many times should you have to rebuild your website in a decade?

If the honest answer is more than once, it’s worth asking why.

Usually, a rebuild doesn’t happen because a site got “old.” It happens because decisions made early on. The platform, the structure, the way content was organized, never really accounted for where the business would grow next. These shortcuts don’t show up right away. They show up years later, as a full rebuild.

Twenty-five years ago, our nation changed in a single morning. We remember the lives lost, the first responders who ran toward danger, and the way a shaken country came together in its aftermath.
