This caught my eye last week. I was wondering if I/we are utilizing all 5 of the essentials mentioned. Turns out we use most of them to some extent, always keep learning. The bottom line is, doing social right, is hard. But if you take full advantage of platform capabilities, stay up on the constant updates and changes, you will see the results you are looking for. If you are like me you probably spent a large portion of the Super Bowl on a social media page. Maybe because the game could not delivery on entertainment value or maybe it's just how it is now. The commercials could not compete with the memes about the game and half time show. That was where the real entertainment was for me. Some brands get it, they post on social use unique and got people engaged. Using social platforms at expert level can have a direct impact on your business.

OTT:
Is all the rage right now, with good reason. The more we utilize CTV as a tactic and see the results we are getting, the excitement grows. Like our excitement, the amount of people that use OTT is blowing up. I look at my own HH as an example. We have been cordless for at least 2 years. My 11 year old daughter only knows a cordless world and watches everything on demand. She still refers to it as "watching TV".
