We are seeking an outgoing, organized, and friendly Customer Service Agent to join our growing team and provide top-notch support to customers by phone, in person, and through written communication. In this role, you will interact directly with customers to answer questions, resolve concerns, and help maintain our reputation for exceptional service.
Customer Service Agent Responsibilities
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally and courteously
• Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk and showroom
• Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and services to effectively educate customers
• Provide customers with information and instructions regarding products and services
• Recommend products and services based on customer needs
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries received by phone, email, or website submissions
• Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
• Process customer orders, exchanges, and returns accurately
• Gather necessary customer information for follow-up and issue resolution
• Document important customer interactions and account information for future reference
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent customer experiences
Customer Service Agent Qualifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive, customer-focused attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment
• Basic computer proficiency; experience with QuickBooks is a plus
• Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
