ReSourceUSA is on the hunt for an Automatic Screen Printing Press Operator ready to roll up their sleeves and knock out killer prints on our M&R presses.

We’re growing fast and need more awesome humans to help us keep the presses running and the shirts flying.

What you’ll be doing:

🎯 Running screen printing presses (M&R)

🧼 Keeping screens and machines clean and press-ready

🔁 Setups, teardowns, and daily press production

👕 Producing high-quality prints

✔️ Dependability, good vibes, and a solid work ethic

Ever wonder what happens after you send us a PO? Here’s our step-by-step process to ensure a smooth and efficient order:

Step 1: PO Review & Quote
We check all details, confirm pricing, and send a quote for approval. Once the quote is approved, we begin setting up your artwork.

Step 2: Artwork Setup & Approval
We create a digital mockup and send it to you for sign-off. Approving artwork quickly helps keep your order on schedule.

Step 3: Garment Receiving & Check-In
Your garments arrive at our facility and are checked in to ensure all pieces, sizes, and styles match your order. If anything is missing or incorrect, we will notify you immediately so it can be fixed as quickly as possible.

Step 4: Final Approvals & Production Scheduling
Once both the quote and artwork are approved, your job is officially added to our production lineup.

Step 5: Printing & Quality Control
Our team prints your design with precision, following all specifications. We inspect the prints to ensure top-tier quality before moving to the next step.

Step 6: Packaging & Shipping
Your order is carefully counted, packed, and prepped for shipment. If you are picking up your order, we will notify you as soon as it is ready.

🎨 How to Size Artwork for Youth & Adult Tees (or Toddler Tees!)

When it comes to creating the perfect print for mixed-size orders, choosing the right artwork size is key! Here are some tips to make sure your designs look great on everything:

👕 Size to the Smallest Tee
We always recommend sizing your design to fit the smallest shirt in the order. This allows us to use the same screens for all sizes while ensuring the artwork looks balanced.

📏 Our Recommended Sizes for Tees

Adult Tees: 11" wide
Youth Tees: 8" wide
Toddler Tees: 5" wide

🧥 What About Hoodies?
