For OurView, a direct primary care practice, the strategy needed to solve a very real problem: healthcare often feels overwhelming, rushed, and confusing.

So, the brand strategy we built focuses on creating that feeling of calming understanding-the moment when something complicated finally makes sense. Every part of the messaging, structure, and experience is designed to support that shift: a simple, one-stop flow from consultation to medication.
Clear language that speaks WITH people not at them.
Visually, the identity needed to match that emotional experience. In the brand strategy, we opted for muted greens, soft neutrals, and clean layouts to create a sense of ease, warmth, and everyday reassurance. Nothing loud, nothing clinical just spaced to breathe and clarity to move forward.
