DTG prints on black garments (or any color besides white) take double the ink! The printer first has to lay down a full white layer of the image for the color ink to be printed on. This is what makes DTG prints POP 💥 We run all designs through our cost estimation software to price your prints to be sure we aren’t over or under charging. More ink = more cost!
