Well... I did it.
I took my own branding course. 😂
One of the biggest things I teach is that your brand should evolve as your business grows. So while working through the new branding course myself, I realized my mission statement no longer reflected the full heart behind Little Black Logo.
The old one wasn't wrong…it just wasn't fitting anymore!
Over the years, Little Black Logo has become about so much more than logos. It's about helping small business owners show up confidently, communicate clearly, and build brands that truly connect with the people they're meant to serve.
So I went back to the drawing board and gave my own mission statement a refresh.
Because branding isn't something you do once and never touch again. The strongest brands continue to grow, refine, and get clearer over time.
If your mission statement, messaging, or brand feels a little outdated, consider this your reminder that it's okay to revisit it. In fact, you probably should.
