TRIFLIX is hiring a Full-Time Post-Production Editor (in person - Columbus, IN).
We're looking for someone with a strong eye for color and detail to join our team and help us handle the growing amount of photo and video work coming through TRIFLIX.
Full Time — 40 hours/week
$17–$20/hour based on experience
Flexible scheduling may be available
The role will include:
• Photo editing + color grading
• Video color correction + grading
• Photo/video quality control
• Media organization and file management
• Final exports
• Uploading and delivering finished media
• Routine revisions and corrections
• Helping maintain a consistent TRIFLIX look across projects
What you'll be editing:
Most of our day-to-day work includes real estate, talking heads and interviews, commercial projects, and events.
Some projects are fast-turnaround and follow established workflows, while others give you more room to be creative. We're looking for someone who can work efficiently and consistently when the process is standardized, while still having a strong creative eye when the project calls for it.
Our primary editing software is Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and Final Cut Pro. Experience with these programs is preferred, but we're also interested in applicants with strong post-production fundamentals who can learn our workflow.
Applicants should be comfortable working with and learning AI-enabled tools as part of the job.
We're looking for someone who can grow into taking real ownership of the post-production process.
