Been a little MIA & loving it🤭

Call it my hibernation mode but this time of year when everyone is making resolutions, vision boards, etc I’m just pouring into my clients, doing little hobbies & enjoying the here and now.

And in exchange I’m not killing it on socials.
But I’ve noticed that I’m not seeking validation from it either, or feeling this constant pressure to film what I’m doing, or answering every DM within an hour.

And wow is that nice, kinda like it should be 😌

So if you’re anything like me in the dead of winter, know that it’s okay, you’re prioritizing what matters most to you rn + when the world wakes up a bit and we start feeling creative and like we wanna be more present online - we will & it’ll be the perfect timing to do so!

I will recommend tho to stay connected in some little, low effort ways to your online community - whether that’s an IG story, or in the DMs, cause I know they matter to you too 🫶🏼

So Pam Socials is officially 4 years old today 🥳 and I couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate than by launching my brand new website + brand identity!!

When I first started this business, I did what I thought I was supposed to do: I leaned into the neutrals, the pastels, the polished “aesthetic” that everyone was rocking at the time. 😅

It worked for a season, but as I grew… built an agency, dissolved it, and introduced the Social Media Soft Life, I realized I had completely outgrown that cookie-cutter version of myself 🤪

Is anyone surprised?? Yeah, I didn’t think so lol!

When I tell you I almost cried tears of relief when I saw the first mockups... it felt like she finally translated me into a brand: fun, down-to-earth, and a welcoming corner in a world that tells you to stick to the status quo.

Some of my favorite elements in this new brand of mine:

☀️ It’s got campy, “instant bestie at summer camp” energy. Think silly pics, late-night convos, and handwritten notes.

☀️ Poppy (my beloved Frenchie) is officially the So Pam Socials mascot. If you’ve been on a call with me, you know why.😂

I’m beyond ready to live into this new chapter, and I couldn’t have done it without YOU, the Pamily.

From 20 friends following me in year one to this incredible community today, you’ve shaped So Pam Socials into what it’s always meant to be 💛

Not everyone wants to scale to 7 figures. (Like me 😄)

Not everyone wants a team of 10 and a calendar packed with launches. 🫣

Like this one particular client of mine, doesn’t want to do more. She wants to stay in her lane, do what she loves, and have someone beside her making sure her content reflects all the beauty happening in her business.

And that is more than okay, because guess what? It’s her business and I can simply come alongside her in the way she sees fit 🙂‍↕️👏🏼

That’s the power of hiring for support, not scale.

When you’re in the in-between, you don’t need pressure to grow faster.

You need peace. You need clarity. You need someone who gets your vision and makes it easier to show up for it.

That’s where I fit into the picture 😇

I’m in an ebb right now. Work is picking up, life feels full, and it’s exciting 🤩

This season is asking for more of me, but not in a hustle-y, over-caffeinated kind of way…

Side note: I’m actually quitting coffee for the summer and only having matcha or tea 👀 Anyway…

Being in the thick of it keeps reminding me of why I commit myself to the social media soft life because it honors the rhythm. 👏🏼

The ebb is where you stretch, learn, try new things, maybe even mess up a little. 😅

The flow is when you get to apply it all, breathe a bit deeper, and show up with more clarity ✨

I’ll never forget this one client I started with three years ago 👀

She had over 10,000 followers but when I dug into the backend, guess what? 🫢 The majority were either bots… or people who were nowhere near her ideal client.

So I did what any good social media manager would do….

✔️Month by month, I deleted the bots. (Slowly, so IG wouldn’t throw a fit.)
✔️And we shifted her content to speak directly to her people. The ones she actually wanted to reach.

And you guessed it, her follower count dropped like a rock. And about six months in, she emailed me in a panic, “Pam… how can losing 3,000 followers be a good thing???” 😬

But here’s the thing I reminded her of then, and the thing I want to remind you of now:

This isn’t failure. This is filtering. 🙌🏼

You don’t need the room full of people who’ll never buy from you, never connect with you, and never even know what you do.

👉🏼You need the handful of people in the corner of the room quietly nodding their heads at your content, thinking, “She gets me.”

And now 2.5 years later, we’ve replaced those 3,000 anti-followers with REAL people:

😍She gets 5–10 genuine inquiries a month.
😍She’s booked out for the year.
😍And her content is still doing exactly what we intended it to do: connect.

So if you’re watching the unfollows and thinking something’s gone wrong, pause.

Zoom out. And remember, the goal is never to speak louder. It’s to speak clearer.
