September 11, 2001 is a day that many remember, but 25 years later, how soon we forget. I remember where I was. Do you? Our children were 4, 6, and 9 when it happened. I asked them the other day if they remembered it. They said they remember what they've seen in the media since then. I can tell you the very spot I stood as I watched the 2nd plane strike the Twin Towers. I wonder sometimes if we did not teach our children the reason it happend and the sacrifices the heroes and our country made that day. May we never forget this day and let it be etched in our minds. Let us not become so immuned to what is going on the world that we do not teach our children and our children's children what it means to live in the land of the brave and the free.
