the entire program was virtual and she took absolutely no pictures, so please enjoy izzy’s historically accurate photoshopped recreation of the graduation instead.

through the program, yasmine worked with audra mcintosh to step away from the daily chaos for a minute, look at the bigger picture and continue finding new ways to grow rebel.

thank you, audra, for the guidance, accountability and support throughout the program. we’re so proud of yasmine and excited to see what she does with everything she learned.

we had such a great time at the Pickerington Area Chamber of Commerce's business & leadership conference!

we got to connect with so many vendors and local small business owners, sit in on some amazing breakout sessions and learn from people doing really cool things around central ohio.

then izzy opened her powerpoint.

she talked about branding yourself on linkedin and addressed some of the most important issues facing professionals today, including why everyone’s breakfast has become a leadership lesson, why sending your calendar link four seconds after connecting with someone is a networking ambush and why an iguana wrapped like a burrito is a completely valid content strategy.

the actual point: stop trying to sound like everyone else. show up like a real person, let people get to know you and give them a reason to remember you when they finally need what you do.

we went to the Columbus Chamber of Commerce clambake and lobster feast 🦞

izzy had to explain what yacht rock was to yasmine, which was not technically part of the event but felt necessary.

we got to try food from so many local restaurants, and our favorite was definitely felisha bowe’s Island Girl Bahamian cuisine. we might be biased because she’s awesome, but it’s still the truth.

we also got this caricature that was........................... accurate.

we had so much fun, ate way too much and left with a drawing we will unfortunately be keeping forever.

we have some exciting news to share: our founder, yasmine robles, said yes to joining the 2026 100+ Latinos Ohio Must Know cohort, presented by AmMore Consulting LLC!

for the first time, the program has expanded statewide, bringing together 106 Latino leaders from 18 counties and 40 cities across Ohio. through the cohort, yasmine will have opportunities to build new connections, grow as a leader, increase her civic engagement, and help bring greater visibility to Latino leadership across the state.

if you know yasmine, you know how much she values community, connection, and creating opportunities for others. as the founder of a Latina-owned marketing agency, she has spent more than a decade helping businesses and organizations find their voice and make a bigger impact.

izzy was selected as a grant reader for the women’s fund of central ohio, and she genuinely cannot wait.

on october 10th, she’ll get to bring her own perspective and lived experience to the table while helping review programs created to support women and girls across central ohio.

getting to be part of the decision-making process behind where community funding goes is such a cool opportunity, and izzy is excited to learn from the other grant readers too.

also, she finally gets to read something that isn’t website copy. 💚

we get to see the dedication, creativity and heart yasmine brings to her work and her community every day, so we may be slightly biased, but this nomination is very well deserved.

we had such a great time at aspire big 2026 celebrating yasmine and all of the incredible women recognized this year. getting to see so many of our nawbo friends honored too made the night even better.

thank you to aspire women’s book of business and the women’s center for economic opportunity for creating a space that celebrates women who bet on themselves, take big chances and make things happen.

apparently running a business means you never actually get to stop learning.

yasmine is excited to be part of the columbus chamber’s accelerate columbus 2.0: beyond the startup program, created for business owners who have made it through the startup stage and are ready to keep growing.

a huge thank you to abiona harper for leading us through the program, and to the Columbus Chamber of Commerce and Columbus Small Business for continuing to invest in local small businesses.
