😎 Golden Rule Behind the Bar
Carly tries to make sure she’s having a good time every shift! It doesn’t always work out, but she makes the effort. After all, having fun behind the bar is part of what makes the job worth it!

📖 Wildest Bartender Story
One night, a guy got so upset that he picked up an entire water station jug and violently threw it behind the bar!

The jug broke the POS system and crashed into a bunch of bottles. Police were called, and what started as a normal shift turned into absolute chaos.

In Carly’s words, it was nuts. 😂

🍸 Dream Person to Serve
Lemmy Kilmister from Motörhead! 🤘
Carly says it would’ve been pretty cool to serve the legendary Motörhead frontman a drink at some point. Rock and roll royalty at Central Saloon!

🎯 Best Advice for New Bartenders
Don’t leave a task to someone else because you’re feeling lazy. There’s always something to do and everything is everyone’s job.

Words of wisdom from Carly! 🍻

🍺 RANDOM BARS & PUBS MERCH CLUB DROP #3 🤠

Introducing our third Merch Club collaboration, this time with The Down ‘n Out in Fort Worth, Texas! 🍻

We started Random Bars & Pubs because we love showcasing the random bars, bartenders and watering holes that bring people together. 🍺

We believe going to the bar, having fun and sharing a drink with people is always great for the spirit. The best bars aren’t always the fanciest. They’re the ones where everybody feels welcome, the stories get better as the night goes on and strangers become friends. 🍻

That’s exactly what we love about the Down n’ Out!

Free hot dogs, free Uncrustables on Mondays, cold b**rs, karaoke nights and a whole lot of good people. The kind of neighborhood watering hole that reminds us why we love bar culture in the first place. 🌭🎤🍺

We also love a great bar shirt! 🏆 So for our third drop, we’re bringing a little Fort Worth, Texas, to the Random Bars & Pubs Merch Club with a shirt made to represent the Down n’ Out and the regulars who make it what it is. 🤠

That’s what this whole Merch Club is about. Bringing people together, showing love to the random bars that make our communities special and giving you guys something you can wear to rep them. 🍻

⏳ This shirt is available for a limited time only! Grab yours through the link in our bio under “Shirt of the Month.”

❌ No restocks. No reruns. Never reprinted. Never made again.

The Down n’ Out gets a piece of every sale too, so every shirt supports the bar and helps us keep Random Bars & Pubs rolling, showing love to the watering holes that make this country one hell of a place to grab a b**r!

Wear the memories. Rep the bar. Support the watering holes that keep bar culture alive. 🌎🍺🤠

🏆 Bartender of the Week
Galo

📍 Thunderbird | Los Angeles

😎 Why They Deserve a Bartender Shoutout
Galo brings the party with him!! He loves serving shots, getting the crowd going and keeping the energy up all night. If things start getting rowdy, there’s a pretty good chance Galo had something to do with it 🍾

🍸 Favorite Drink to Serve
Shots are his go to because he loves getting everybody fired up!! But when it’s time to show off a little behind the bar, he also makes a fantastic Last Word 💎

📖 Funniest Bartender Story
Thunderbird is a busy football bar, which is funny because Galo isn’t even a huge football fan. That doesn’t stop him from being fully invested in every NFL game though because he usually has a bet riding on all of them 🎰 The only problem, most of the time, he doesn’t win. 😂

🎯 Fun Fact
Before bartending, Galo made sushi professionally. He’s got incredible knife skills, knows his way around a sushi station and can go from slicing fish to slinging shots without missing a beat. 🍣
