This position holds the responsibility of increasing revenue through front counter sales, account management, database marketing and providing an outstanding client experience. Following the consultative sales process, the Client Specialist will manage several forms of client communication to uncover needs, provide solutions and lead the sales process through completion. Client Specialists are responsible for assisting the team with the daily activities and marketing activities of the center.
Job responsibilities
• Evaluate clients’ needs and develop solutions based on those needs
• Manage client walk-in traffic, incoming calls, emails and take the appropriate actions
• Quality insurance and client service of outgoing jobs
• Ability to be a conduit between our operations team and clients in order to ensure strong client service, timeliness and quality.
• Maintain daily communication with our operations team
• Oversee in-house front counter sales
• Systematic estimate management and follow up
• Conduct collections for receivables
• Update client records and purchasing history
• Market to pre-existing clients
• Maintain client contact information in an organized and presentable method
Qualifications / Skills:
• At least 2 years business-to-business sales and / or customer service experience desired
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Professional, upbeat, and outgoing with excellent people skills
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
• Positive outlook, goal-oriented, and reliable
• Ability to work independently as well as an integral team member
• Clean driving record with dependable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Expertise in Internet search
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Keen multi-tasking abilities
• Self-motivated and team player
• Ability to continue and build professional relationships with diverse customer/prospect base
• Knowledge of sign industry substrates, media, products a plus but not necessary
