Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it 💙

Last night, I had the honor of serving as a live auctioneer for the second year in a row at the Annual Boys & Girls Club Auction, alongside so many incredible community leaders and business partners. The energy, generosity, and support in the room were truly inspiring.

Every dollar raised goes directly back to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central and Northern New Hampshire, supporting more than 1,000 infants through teens each week across early learning centers and after-school programs—including their early childhood education teaching lab at NHTI. From hands-on enrichment and developmental support to nutritious meals and community programs, these clubs are changing lives every single day.

A special thank you to Concord Community Television for producing and live streaming the auction, helping extend the reach of this important event beyond the room.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, gave generously, and continues to invest in the future of our kids. Our community is better because of it!

Grateful to be part of such a giving, connected community 🫶🏻

Last night was spent connecting with friends from the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce and the Concord Young Professionals Network at one of my favorite events of the year.

A huge thank you to Duprey Hospitality for hosting another incredible evening — the atmosphere, food, and hospitality were absolutely top-tier (as always!).

There’s still time to support the Capital Region Food Program’s Holiday Food Basket Project!

This long-standing partnership between GCCC, CYPN, and CRFP is the reason the City of Concord designates December as Capital Region Food Program Month. It’s a reminder that when our community comes together, we can make a powerful impact.

For more than 50 years, CRFP has distributed:
📦 Over 3,800 tons of food
💲 Valued at more than $5.9 million
… all in support of reducing hunger in the Greater Concord area.

And they’re not done yet — your help matters now more than ever.

If you'd like to make a contribution and help CRFP reach this year’s fundraising goal, you can donate here: https://gofund.me/c365569d8

Today brought the best kind of last-minute surprise! 🎄✨

A client asked if we could buy and decorate a tree on a budget for an empty spot at the Fez’tival of Trees — all before 4 PM.

Challenge accepted 😉

We love jumping into fun, creative projects… especially when it’s for a great cause and a cherished community tradition.

To see this tree and so many other incredible ones, head over to the Fez’tival this weekend!

Tonight, I had the honor of attending the 106th Annual Meeting & Citizen of the Year Celebration, and what an inspiring evening it was. ✨

A heartfelt congratulations to Tim Sink on being recognized as the 2024 Citizen of the Year - a truly well-deserved honor for someone who has given so much to our community.

For more than three decades, Tim has been a driving force behind the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce, shaping our business landscape, nurturing community partnerships, and elevating Concord through his leadership, passion, and commitment. His impact is felt everywhere from supporting small businesses, to fostering economic growth, to championing our city’s future.

It was a privilege to celebrate Tim tonight alongside so many community leaders and friends. Concord is a stronger, more connected place because of him.

Cheers to a remarkable legacy and to the continued progress and collaboration inspired by leaders like Tim.

bonus: Daniel Heying presented a speech on behalf of Jeanne Shaheen 🙌🏻

What a fantastic evening at NHTI – Concord’s Community College!

It was wonderful attending the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce’s Business After Hours—not only to support the Chamber as a proud Board Member but also to cheer on my friend, Patrick Tompkins, Ph.D., President of NHTI.

The event featured great networking, campus tours, and an inside look at NHTI’s innovative Workforce Education programs that connect motivated students directly with local employers. It’s inspiring to see how NHTI continues to play such a key role in developing our region’s future workforce and strengthening community connections.

Thank you to everyone who made this event such a success—and if you haven’t attended a Chamber networking event yet, I highly recommend joining us at an upcoming one!

This morning, I had the pleasure of attending the ribbon cutting celebration for The Friendly Toast and Art’s Alley on South Main Street in Concord! What an incredible turnout to support this vibrant addition to our downtown.

From the inspiring words shared by Eric Goodwin, John Stebbins, Steve Duprey, and Mayor Byron Champlin, to the energy of the community gathered together—it’s clear, Concord is thriving.

I was especially glad to chat with friends, including Mayor Byron, who is up for re-election this fall. His dedication to making Concord a welcoming, thriving place for families, businesses, and visitors truly shines through ( so, don't forget to vote ).

Congratulations to The Friendly Toast on their new space, and thank you for giving back to our community with today’s check presentation to CCEH and Thrive NH. Cheers to many more milestones ahead—and of course, the tradition of egg cracking was a perfect finish before celebrating with mimosas on the Rooftop Social!

Concord is such a special place because of the people and businesses who continue to invest in it. I’m grateful to be a part of it all!

Today was an incredible day at the ribbon cutting for the new Easterseals NH Military & Veterans Campus in Franklin — New Hampshire’s first all-in-one space for service members, Veterans, and their families 🇺🇲

Set on 15 scenic acres along the Merrimack River, this campus is more than a facility — it’s a community built for those who served. Whether to live, recharge, or connect, it offers:
-Veteran housing
-A hub of more than 60 veteran services in one place
-A peaceful retreat center
-Year-round activities and outdoor spaces

Speakers shared powerful stories — many as Veterans themselves — about what this campus means: wrap-around help, dignity, and a mission-driven hub created by Veterans, for Veterans.

If you’d like to make a lasting impact, consider purchasing a commemorative paver — a permanent way to honor a Veteran, service member, or first responder at the Bernadine Herron Center walkway.

And a special congratulations to my friend Erin, Easterseals’ Director of Corporate Relations, on such an outstanding event. Everything she touches is a success, and today was no exception. I feel blessed to know her!
