Everyone knows a New Hampshire Fall for foliage, mountains… and Llamas.

Last year we were fortunate enough to work with Weekends With Yankee/ Yankee Magazine and New Hampshire Tourism to promote the white mountains in the fall. With a range of activities, food, and drink choices set to a beautiful backdrop of changing leaves, the white mountains in NH provides a unique escape for all ages!

An update 30 years in the making. Last year Windwood was entrusted by our friends at Stockbridge School of Agriculture to provide an update to a project that began filming in the 1990’s - focused on orchards in New England, educating about Integrated Pest Management practices.

Over multiple shoot days, we sat down with local growers to discuss the current integrated pest management best practices as well as how much things have changed and advanced over 30 years.

We’re proud to share the stories of produce providers in New England, and who knows, maybe in 2055 we’ll have another video from the orchards.

“Ghosts Never Die” premiering tonight in Portland Maine!

The Maine Filmmaker Showcase kicks off TONIGHT!

Night one of our two-night celebration of Maine-made films opens this evening on the Eastern Promenade in Portland! Doors open at 7:00PM and films begin at 7:45PM. Tonight's lineup includes:

A bittersweet day as we say goodbye to our 2026 post production intern Molly Nyhan

Molly is heading back to finish up her senior year at Stonehill college.

As Molly shared in her exit reflections:

I have always been someone who loves living in New Hampshire. When I first heard about Windwood and discovered that they were based in my hometown of Concord, I was so excited. After working here for the summer as an intern and seeing first hand the way things operate, I realized that my younger self was wrong: you don’t need to move far away to have a career in film. Working at Windwood has proved to me that I can not only make a living in film but do it while staying in New Hampshire. It is cliché, but it’s true: one of the main things I have learned as I have grown up is, “If you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life,” and that knowledge is priceless.

We’re all going to have to adjust to the office without Molly’s energy and attitude, we’re so looking forward to seeing what the future holds for her!
