On behalf of ThinkBox Productions LLC we would like to extend our deepest apologies to all the friends, families and fans for the inconvenience of last nights PPV with Fierce Fight Series. It has always been our goal to provide the highest tier of live broadcasts as we are huge supporters and fans of the local combat scene ourselves. We started this journey after seeing a need for a high quality live broadcast for those that are unable to attend these bouts so they can watch in the comfort of their home.

Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of our control we were unable to provide that high quality broadcast last night. The internet connection was not ideal at the start of the night but we have streamed with those connection speeds before. As the fights started the internet at the venue tanked and didn’t allow for proper speeds needed to continue the live PPV. We had to make a tough decision to end the stream and shift gears to solely recording the event so we can post these on YouTube as soon as possible for the fans and families to view at home and issue refunds to all the PPV purchasers.

All refunds have now been sent out and will appear back in your accounts in 5-10 business days as per Stripe, our payment processing company. We have received some negative reviews due to last nights show which is understandable however we are a two man crew and did everything in our power to make the stream possible but it did not reach our standards. We appreciate everyone understanding and moving forward we will be looking into starlink for future shows that cannot provide the proper internet connection required.

We started this journey of live streaming local combat sports with three webcams and a dream. To look back and see how far we have came is truly a blessing and we could not have done it without the support of you, and for that we are forever grateful 💚

All fights will be posted on Fierce Fight Series YouTube channel as soon as possible. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone that has supported ThinkBox Productions along the way and we look forward to continuing providing the highest level of local combat sports.

IMPORTANT LIVESTREAM UPDATE

On behalf of ThinkBox Productions, we want to sincerely apologize to everyone who purchased access to tonight’s pay-per-view event in Newcastle.

Unfortunately, we are experiencing ongoing internet and connection issues that are preventing us from delivering the high-quality livestream our viewers deserve. We have tried everything available to us on-site, but the connection is simply not stable enough to provide a stream that meets our standards.

Because of this, we have made the difficult decision to end the livestream and issue refunds to everyone who purchased a ticket.

We know this is disappointing, and this is absolutely not the experience we wanted to provide. Rather than continue delivering a poor-quality stream, our team will focus on professionally recording the remainder of the event locally. The fights will then be uploaded to YouTube so everyone will still have an opportunity to watch.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this may cause. While the technical issues are outside of our control, making this right for our viewers is not.
