Here’s the truth:

You can’t build confidence by abandoning yourself.
You can’t trust your voice after silencing it for years.
You can’t protect your peace if everyone else’s comfort comes first.

People-pleasing looks polite.

But it costs you:

- Your energy
- Your focus
- Your purpose

Boundaries aren’t rejection.
They’re protection.

You’re allowed to say no.
You’re allowed to walk away.
You’re allowed to choose peace—even if others don’t understand it.

Start small.

Say no once.
Pause before replying.
Notice how you feel when you honor your truth.

That’s how you come back to yourself.

One boundary at a time.
