Mark Carlson is VP of Packaging at The John Roberts Company, where he leads one of Minnesota's fastest-growing packaging divisions. He brings over 35 years of industry experience, most recently as VP of Sales for the West Region at Heidelberg USA — one of the world's leading print technology companies.

A University of Minnesota alum, Mark was a two-sport athlete — captain and quarterback of the Gopher football team under coaches Tony Dungy and Mike Shanahan, and starting catcher on the baseball team.

That background in leadership and trust has carried directly into his work helping brands across the country, and now Minnesota's emerging THC beverage scene navigate compliance, branding, and packaging.
