A few months ago, FecundFig went through the process of finding the perfect name. The first idea? "Cultivate." But it wasn’t quite right—too common. So we dug deep, explored languages, and played with ideas until we found the perfect match.

What's your foundation?

One of the great things about rebranding, was it gave us the opportunity to really dig deep on what we believe.

There were actually a lot of these beliefs that influence everything we do, from how we build and work with our team, to interacting and delivering for our clients.

But there is a process - if we had to choose between honoring one thing over the other, which would be most important.

It's the same question we ask our clients.

Again, our great branding agency leader, Bijal Patel, really stressed having the adjectives to even better refine and define what these values actually mean to us and how they're expressed.

Because, let's be real. Words like "authenticity" and "empowerment" can be a bit trite and cliché.

Stop Hunting for Sales and Fishing for Leads. Cultivate the Clients You Crave.

About 9 years ago, the idea for Client Cultivation was born in workshop hosted by personal branding expert Michelle Villalobos, and gradually our business model shifted from business coaching with a focus on sales to a consultancy/agency model aligning Sales, Marketing, and Branding.

That isn't changing, just our packaging (and tagline).

Here's the deal.

We all have our "Ideal Client Profiles." Those clients that are profitable without being a PITA.

But are you actually intentional in aligning our Sales, Marketing, and Branding into strategies to acquire them?

More often than not, we see firms just throwing $h!+ against the wall to see what sticks.

They go out to networking events in search of sale, or drop their ad budget in the same crowded channels with giants spending millions a month...

But with a little time, effort, and foresight, they could intentionally build trust and credibility with their desired market, make them a unique offer, nurture the opportunity, and harvest the sales that would allow them to expand.

That's what Client Cultivation is all about about: sustainable, intentional growth.

Shannon Dukes asked a profound, yet annoying question....

At least, that's how our Founder, Will Dukes described it.

After being part of the team for over years, she looked at him one day and asked, "Why are we called SalesPartners when we do so much more than sales?"

Ooof.

Long story short, it had been on Will's mind for a while, but while the business mainly focused on him as a consultant, there really wasn't a need.

Now as our team is growing and we've shifted to more of an agency working with law firms on branding and marketing as much as intake and sales, Will realized Shannon was right.

So since January, we've been working with Bijal Patel and the team at Launch.

And the time has come!

A few folks have gotten a "sneak peak" (🤫🤫🤫) at our new brand, and we've gotten great feedback, so over the next two weeks, we're going to be revealing its core elements.

And come September 1st, we'll be fully operational under the new name, logo, and website.
