Agents typically view Facebook ads as a LEAD GEN tool; however, I would argue that it's also a LEAD FOLLOWUP tool - and one of great leverage.

Here's the thing - most everyone is just running direct offers to cold traffic and that's ALL about lead generation.

But....if you run quality content to your warm audience that delivers value, that's lead followup....it's really no different than a care call, or any other time you reach out to your database to deliver value. Facebook just helps you do it at SCALE in a TARGETED way.
