Most people think showing up everywhere online means living on your phone. It doesn’t. It means building systems that help you show up.
This year I’ve pushed thousands of pieces of content out to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, partner channels, Slack, and even more, and almost none of it was posted by hand.
Behind it is a stack of automations I’ve built and kept refining: it includes third-party schedulers to place the content, and browser automation handling the repetitive work in the background while I focus on the parts that actually need a human.
The strange part is it runs like a small team. It’s really just me and the systems.
But here’s the honest lesson: automation solves distribution, not the hardest problem. Most people still freeze on what to even post in the first place. That’s the piece I’m building a fix for right now, behind the scenes.
Something that helps you figure out what to say, not just where to put it.
More on that soon. Follow along if you want to watch me build it.
