A Michigan native with deep Midwest roots and a soft spot for lake life, Shannon has called Cornelius home for the past 12 years—and she’s all in on this community. A proud mom of two in CMS schools (Cornelius Elementary and Bailey Middle, with Northwest School of the Arts on deck), she’s deeply connected to the people and places that make Lake Norman feel like home.

A true social butterfly, Shannon has a natural gift for connecting people, ideas, and opportunities. With a background in media and marketing, her creative brain is always on—thinking, dreaming, and building what’s next.
