Yes folks, I'm really leaving the kitchen, for real. So I've got some equipment to sell!!

This fridge is a workhorse! It's recently been re-gassed (~$500 cost) so it runs like a charm and is COLD!!

Hey folks! I have a bunch of Chicken & Chanterelle pies available!

These are unclaimed from a bulk order that was placed last month. I'd love to find a home for them so if you felt that you missed out on my last round of bulk orders, here's your chance!

You can snag as many as you like, no minimum! But i have tiered pricing so the more you buy, the more you save.

I have A LOT so don't be shy!

1 - 9 @ $13 ea

10 - 19 @ $12 ea

20 - 29 @ $11 ea

30+ @ $10 ea

They'll come packed in a ziplock and I'll include baking instructions.

You can pick them up at my commercial kitchen in Corvallis, or for orders of 10 or more, I can deliver to Corvallis/Philomath/Albany

If you're new to following me and aren't familiar with my pies, you should definitely try them out. These were my original product and are beloved among some of my most loyal customers. They're take n' bake puff pastry savory pies. Everything is made from scratch in-house using slow-cooking techniques and years of perfecting recipes. You cook the pies from frozen and they take about 45 minutes in a conventional oven. They're perfect with a side salad or cup of soup, but are also a filling meal on their own (I had one last night!)

I'm trying to move these as quickly as possible (2026 bills have already arrived!!) So please don't hesitate!

The bigger the order, the cheaper it gets. Big orders also help me get through the next couple of months before I shut down my kitchen. Win win!

Here's a reminder of available flavors:

Chicken & Chanterelle (a fan favorite!)

Kale & Ricotta

Braised Beef

Sage & Apple Braised Pork (this is one of those flavors that folks are unsure of, but when they try it, it knocks their socks off!)

Pepper Steak (beef & gravy with black pepper...not bell peppers)

Peri Peri Chicken (this one's got a kick!)

Orders will take roughly a week to fulfill. You can either pick them up at the Saturday market (until it closes), at my commercial kitchen on hwy 34, or if you're in Corvallis, I'd be happy to deliver them to you!

Mama Berg's post!! Now accepting bulk orders!

If you didn't already know, I used to transform into my og business model in the winter. When i was Mama Berg's, I would make take n' bake, frozen savory pies. Scratch-made puff pastry and slow-cooked delicious fillings made these pies a favorite for many over the years.

But with the closing of my kitchen, we have to say goodbye to the pies.

So if you want to stock up before they're gone forever, place your bulk orders NOW so I can whip 'em up while I still have the kitchen!!

Holy cow! Tomorrow is the first downtown farmers market of the season and this year, we're rebranding!

The same killer food (but tweaked a little and better than ever). The same goofball team ( ). We've just had a little millennial-life-crisis and have decided life is too short (plus the world is on fire and everything is upside down) to hide behind a cute doilie.

First, there was Instant Stock, which I made with the intention for it to be used in cooking (but you do you imnotgonnatellyouhowtolive).

But this, THIS is for all you sippers out there!

Easier than making a cuppa tea, simply mix one packet with a cup of hot water.

Enjoy in your favorite mug.

And if you're like me and you forget to pack a lunch for the day, you can make a meal out of broth and crackers.

And if you're like me and you're messing around with making freedom cheese using Tillamook extra sharp cheddar (SCIENCE!), put some of that on your crackers.
