The next step in a High-Level Marketing Strategy is performing a SWOT analysis.

SWOT stands for Strengths, Opportunities, Weaknesses, and Threats.

A SWOT analysis allows you to understand the internal successes and issues in your business, as well as in the marketplace.

A detailed and thorough SWOT analysis can help a company become more successful and can be the basis for new goals.

A SWOT analysis can also help you discover your unique selling proposition (USP).

Real-Life Example: One of our clients has an 82% open rate for email marketing (strength). We play upon this strength by creating and centering most marketing efforts around the end goal of "collect more email addresses" for the best ROI.

Useful Tip: When we conduct a SWOT analysis, we like to start by gathering a group of employees to get multiple points of view. We make sure to include the employee with the most longevity and the newest employee.
