Today’s plate:
• Dave’s Killer Bread – 21 whole grains and seeds (6g protein)
• Ithaca Hummus – Lemon Beet + French Onion (4g protein total)
• Siggi’s Plant-Based Yogurt – Coconut blend, 10g protein
• Broccoli microgreens – tiny greens, mighty detox signalers
• Jalapeño everything bagel seasoning – because flavor is a lifestyle
Total? A powerhouse ~20g of plant-based protein, fiber, healthy fats, micronutrients, and no B.S.

✔️ Protein: You don’t need fake meat or powdered “nutrition” drinks. Real, whole foods like hummus, sprouted grain bread, and yogurt made from actual plants give you all the amino acids you need when you combine them throughout the day. This meal gives you a strong head start.
