I want to share a personal update with you here.

Over the past season, I’ve been paying attention to where things felt aligned and where I was being gently invited to make space. That led me to accept a new full-time role that brings consistency, strong team collaboration, and a culture rooted in relationships and integrity.

Because of that, I’ll be taking a break from actively promoting Dynamic Spark and pursuing new projects for the time being.

I want to be clear though, this isn’t me stepping away from the work or the relationships that already exist. I’ll continue supporting my current clients and remain committed to the people I’m already walking alongside.

This decision wasn’t rushed. It came from listening, letting go of some control, and trusting that making space can sometimes be the most faithful move. Dynamic Spark has always been about people first, clarity over noise, and doing work that actually serves, and that hasn’t changed.

I’ve written more openly about this transition, the lessons behind it, and what this season has been teaching me. I’ll share a link to that reflection in the comments if you’d like to read more.

Thank you for being here, for the encouragement, and for the trust you’ve shown over the years. I’m grateful, and I’m looking ahead with quiet confidence.

Grateful is the word that keeps coming to mind.

Working with Hugh Hernesman and Jacksonville Skyline Juniors Volleyball Club on their new website was one of those projects that reminds me why I do this work.

The heart behind this club is real.
The care for families is intentional.
And the desire to do things with excellence shows up everywhere, on and off the court.

Our focus was simple: make things clearer for families, easier to navigate, and more aligned with who Jax Skyline has become as a program.

Hearing feedback like this from Hugh means more than any launch metric ever could.

Thankful for the trust. Proud of the partnership. Excited for what this next chapter brings for their athletes and families.

Ever see a presentation and thought, “that’s a great idea, how do I add that nugget of info to my business?”

That was me today at Social Media Breakfast Madison at DreamBank - Madison featuring a live website audit on Operation Fresh Start…New Beginnings.

I do website audits for Dynamic Spark, but I don’t include domain rating and total backlinks to the website. That can be found in ahrefs free version of their tool.

I also found it valuable to not just link to a payment page externally, but to have a much more interactive dontation page that includes factoids about where the money goes and programs that have benefitted from donations in the past.

It’s always energizing to work with people who are passionate about their vision.

This one was special.

I had the honor of working with Hugh and Steph from Jacksonville Skyline Juniors Volleyball Club on a new website that reflects their continued growth and commitment to helping young athletes thrive.

We spent time really understanding what parents are looking for—clear program details, transparent pricing, and communication that helps them feel confident in their decision.

The result? A website that makes life easier for parents and showcases all that Jax Skyline has to offer. And here’s the fun part: 7 form fills the weekend it launched, with no initial promotion at all.

This project was built on collaboration, trust, and a shared focus on serving families well. I couldn’t be prouder of how it turned out.
