Let’s paint the scene…

A marketing manager gets a quick message from a sales rep:

“Hey, can we update the phone number on my flyer?”

Such an easy task, right?

She pulls up the file… but now she has to make sure it’s the latest version. Turns out there are three. She tracks down the right one, updates the number, and sends it off for approval.

A day goes by. Feedback comes in. One more tweak.
