It’s important to me to set dedicated time aside for my volunteer work with . 🖌️🎨 Tried something new this morning, I taped 15 cards edge to edge and painted, colored and inked over them as one entire canvas, then separated them back into individual cards. I love the idea that each family gets their own card, but they’re all part of the same painting. A whole made of parts, just like our incredible community.💕💕💕

Every week, Heart of Dinner delivers care packages with culturally thoughtful groceries, freshly prepared lunches, and handwritten notes — so our elders don’t have to fear leaving home or choose between food and rent. Each one is a simple but meaningful reminder to an elder that they are seen, they are held, they are not alone. 💌

Thank you so much Amber Luan of Department of Merch for the generous and kind shout out. It was such a meaningful opportunity to create illustrations for a new company I genuinely believe in, and more so to support a dear friend of a decade whose dedication, hustle, networking, collaboration, and generosity have always stood out. Seeing Amber open her own business along side Kate Foley and watching them grow together has been incredibly inspiring.

Being able to contribute to friends businesses and small companies as they build— fuels so much of what I do. Our communities and businesses thrive when we show up for one another and lend a hand along the way. So so very grateful for you Amber and Kate, so happy to have helped bring your brand to life! xx

Supporting every taking part in the National Strike, whether they chose to stay open or to close. Most of my clients are small businesses, many immigrant-owned and I stand in solidarity with them, with Minneapolis, and with everyone affected by the violence, fear, and instability tied to aggressive ICE terrorist operations and federal enforcement actions. I recognize the deep pain carried by immigrant communities and by those showing up to protect their neighbors.

There are many ways to support our immigrant community. Today I’m continuing my volunteer work with . With SNAP benefit cuts and ongoing surveillance, Heart of Dinner serves elders who have lost access to food assistance. Each week they receive care packages with culturally thoughtful groceries, freshly prepared lunches, and handwritten notes, so no one has to fear leaving home or choose between food and rent. ❤️❤️

Please continue to support small businesses and nonprofits and organizations that aid our immigrant communities. If you need to spend, use cash. Avoid large stores and corporations that profit from harmful immigration policies rooted in exploitation and displacement. 🎉BIG THANK YOU🎉 to everyone who bought prints for the holidays!!! Supporting local, small, women-owned, Asian American-owned means everything to me!! Every order helps keep my business running for real! (covering the unseen costs like software, materials, paper, transit, and more! It all goes somewhere meaningful!) 🥹🙏🏼

I’m also deeply grateful for your patience and understanding. 💕 Aside from just ONE spicy, grumpy email from an overzealous man about shipping delays that I had no control over and one very understanding customer about one damaged print, you were all incredibly kind!!!! (I’ll take this all as a win 😌)

This year was so incredible with a huge thank you to Assistant Editor at who nominated me for The New York Times 2025 Holiday Gift Guide . This was a HUGE support in purchases this year, my best year yet!! 😘

I’d love to print everything myself, but for now I use a drop-ship company, it’s what makes the most sense logistically and financially. I print locally for wholesale in NYC and SF, but I don’t control shipping timelines. Please continue to be gentle with me and your local postal workers— we’re all doing our best! If you’re still waiting on prints, email me with your order # at [email protected] and we’ll sort it ASAP. I’m a one-person operation and appreciate you all so much. Happy, happy New Year!! 🎉

Lately my mornings start with a quiet routine of drawing notes for 🫜💙 reductions continue to put real strain on Asian American elders in Chinatown, and is responding with something simple and human: handwritten Notes of Love. 💌 These messages are paired with weekly meal packages and offer a small but steady reminder that our elders are held by community. 💛

We’re working toward as many handwritten notes as possible, written in Simplified Chinese. Whether you create one or many, every message means a lot. Each note is a kind reminder to an elder: You are seen. 🫂
