Our Story

This is a home base family run business. I started this business over 15 years ago with my mom. It was a late Friday night and her little chihuahua Queenie had got out of the house and no one could find her. Since Queenie was only 2 pounds at (5 years old) my mom did not like the big dog tag hanging from Queenie’s collar so, Queenie did not have one on. The family that found her waited until Monday to taker her in to have her scanned for a micro chip. Since Queenie did have a chip, my mom was contacted and reunited with you little Queenie.

This gave me an idea, if we had Queenie’s name and a contact number embroidered on the collar, the person who found her could of called right away. Instead of my mom waiting the long agonizing weekend to find out Queenie had be found safe and sound. So that week we went shopping for an embroidery machine, bought all new collars for all the dogs in our family and embroidered them all. Then spread the word to family and friends that we had started our own business.

Because of Queenie my mom and I found our love for personalizing items and working together. We love it when a new customer tells us they were referred to us, we know that we have done an amazing job! Which is why we pride our selves on making every customer happy by providing excellent customer service with top quality products that have a professional look from embroidery, screen printing, or Monogramming.
