Sharing a little sneak peek of a mood board we created for Maryland, Virginia & DC wedding + portrait photographer, .

Our goal? To build a brand that feels as intentional and timeless as the way she photographs her clients — the way you want to remember.

Because it’s never just about someone holding a camera. It’s about carefully capturing the moments that tell your story and making sure those memories don’t fade.

We’re leaning into softness, legacy, and refined simplicity that feels meant to be framed — not just posted.

Stay tuned while this beauty unfolds. 🙏🏼

Note / All photography belongs to the client!
All brand inspiration belongs to the original designers.

One of my favorite phases of the brand process is the color exploration — where strategy becomes emotion and the visual identity starts to take shape.

Over the next 2-weeks, I’m in a 6-day design sprint for a mother, maker, and gemologist who’s relaunching her jewelry brand with a renewed sense of purpose. She’s completing her gemology studies, sourcing intentional stones, and building a collection rooted in timeless craftsmanship rather than trends.

This isn’t fast fashion. It’s heirloom energy.
Built to be worn, kept, and passed on.

Which color palette do you think we’ll land on? 😍🙋🏻‍♀️

Sneak peek! 👏
I’m the kind of person who feels things first—so it’s no surprise I’ve always been more of a visual communicator than a verbal one. But behind every beautiful website is a ton of not so exciting prep work.

Before we even get to design, there’s the site map. The page structure. The copy strategy. The CMS build. The forms. The SEO fields. The integrations. The logistics. And more.

And if I’m being totally honest, I still underestimate just how much goes into it when I’m quoting a project. But that’s where reflection comes in. That’s where growth happens.

Because building a business (and a website) takes both: the willingness to reflect • the courage to course-correct • and the vision to keep going

Im excited for what’s ahead!

Just a little peek behind the scenes while I work on Taylor Falcon Events’ gorgeous new website. I’m in full catch-up mode this week — if you’ve sent a message, email, or inquiry, I promise I haven’t forgotten about you. I’m knocking things out one by one and will circle back as soon as I come up for air.

Thanks for your patience while I give each project the love it deserves (starting with this beauty!)

What a privilege it has been to execute a 2-day rebrand for a luxury holiday decorator! Such a unique business model. 🌲

In this 2-day sprint we were able get her a new logo set, a beautiful pattern, a business card design, promotional postcard, and presentation cover template to use with her clients.

Polished presentation coming soon - enjoy these draft prints to hold you over. 🤓🤗

This week was a mix of trials and tribulations—with a few solid reminders of why I started this business in the first place.

To be present. To put my kids first. To build something that lets me show up in their world in a different way. And this week, I got to do exactly that.

Biggest win? Finally getting those wedding invitations printed.

After 50+ misprints—and me questioning my life choices, I finally pulled a clean batch.

But here’s the part that stuck with me: Vinny sat there flipping through the giant stack of failed prints and got to see just how many times I failed before I got it right. A real-life visual of what perseverance looks like—no lecture required.

Outside the studio, I chaperoned the Enterprise Village field trip and got to see my kindergartner absolutely crush his performance on stage.
Proud is an understatement.

Behind the scenes, my systems are finally clicking. Quiet progress that’s starting to feel like real momentum.

Next up: Getting this Prospect Performance site finished up so we can goooo liveeeeee. 🤓

Summer’s lining up—I will have some openings again in late August! 🔥 LET’S WORKKKKK!
