The fourth guitar I refurbished is a Mahar Electric guitar. I used Scarlet Red RIT Dye for the color with black oil based stain accentuating the grain. Finished with high gloss varnish. This is also for sale. $80

The third guitar is a First Act ME636. Stained black, lightly sanded and covered with silver leaf wax paste which mixed with the stain to darken the color while still maintaining a slight metallic finish. High gloss lacquer finish. This is for sale. $150

The second guitar I refurbished is an Ibanez Gio. I had it laser engraved with a hounds tooth pattern filled with white epoxy and natural/black rustic stain and finished with a high gloss varnish. My friend Leldon May did the engraving and also made a custom pick guard. This is for sale. $300

So, the graphic design has been pretty slow as of late. I've been spending my time on a new endeavor...... building and refurbishing guitars. This is the first refurbished guitar I did. A Frankenstein Telecaster. I had some artwork from the Yob album "Our Raw Heart" laser engraved on the front and filled it with epoxy with a soft matte finish.
