I am struggling with a schedule that has no time for rest right now, but these beautiful butterfly ranunculus were a Mother’s Day gift that inspired me to paint. I sketched one night, and I used a timer last night to help me paint in between work and helping my family. I wanted to submit it to a regional show so that gave me a deadline that I met just in time. I’m also preparing for the this weekend!
