is inviting women to come clean!

“It’s Time to Get Honest” is rooted in a simple insight: brands (and the general population) treat bathroom talk as taboo for women, but the reality is, women share openly with each other when it comes to their bodies. Conversations around p**p, periods, and overall vaginal health are already happening—openly and honestly—between friends, in group chats, and across social platforms. 💩

In fact, a recent survey indicates that female friends are the number one confidant for women across the board. This new campaign meets that reality head-on—when you confront embarrassing topics out loud, you shatter the taboos around them.

That’s why Honest has taken to the streets and social feeds, and has even created an entire newspaper to help spread the word. “The Toilet Paper” covers everything from a Panty Horoscope to Bathroom Politics (ask us how to get your hands on one at ).

How do you build a space that actually serves women business owners? You build it together. 

Last month at the Women’s Agency Ownership Summit in Chicago, we brought OWN IT’s mission to life: to develop a community of that’s supports the growth of women-owned agencies. Our Principal + CEO, Jean Freeman, co-founded OWN IT alongside Christy Hiler for women agency owners to stand up and be counted, and we are so proud to be part of its evolution as a space where networking and information sharing isn’t transactional or exclusive, but truly transformational for our industry.

In time for Earth Month, and its founder, Carly Kremer, professed their unguarded love for bees with “Love Letter,” a dreamy ode to the work and products bees provide the planet every day. 💛🐝

The campaign features Carly herself, who was guided to the use of propolis years ago while suffering from an autoimmune disorder. That single experience sent her down a years-long rabbit hole into the science of the hive, the launch of Beekeeper’s Naturals, and eventually inspired this campaign.

The brand’s in-house team, led by Creative Director Michun Radant, concepted the project with production by our friends at FIN Studios. Upon discovering Carly’s background as a real beekeeper, it only made sense to go back to her roots and cast her as the campaign’s narrator.

Director Jess Colquhoun brought the tactile nature of the bees to life with an elevated sense of color and depth. Shot entirely on film, “Love Letter” blends hands-on filmmaking techniques with modern innovations, like AI bees! To keep everyone safe on set.

This past week in Chicago, the OWN IT Women’s Agency Ownership Summit brought together some of the most incredible leaders, founders, and future owners in this industry and we couldn’t be more proud and excited!
