This last year and a half have been difficult for everyone. Personally, when the entertainment business got shut down due to Covid, like many others, I was forced to step out of my comfort zone, taking on work I normally wouldn’t have in order to support my family. However, I was still creating presentations for a pharmaceutical company, mastering PowerPoint (which I hate), while Google became my best friend. As grateful as I am for this ongoing work, nothing can compare to working with a great team on a large meeting again, even a virtual one. This last month has been a lot of work, but also felt amazing! I miss this! I’m grateful for the opportunity and hope this is the beginning of getting back to “normal” again for all of us, especially my colleagues in the entertainment business who have been greatly impacted.
