Most practices think the problem is not posting enough.

It usually isn’t.

Patients don’t book after one Reel or one post.

They book after they’ve seen you, learned from you, and feel familiar with you.

That’s why consistency — across formats and over time — matters more than posting “more.”

December demand runs on insurance.
January demand runs on marketing.

One local practice generated 30 new patient inquiries in 10 days
on about $20/day — without working longer hours.

Being slow isn’t inevitable.
DM me to talk it through.

Santa can deliver toys to millions of homes in one night…
but even he can’t fix this

You can give 5-star care.
You can have the nicest office.
You can genuinely love your patients.

But if you don’t show up in their inbox
or on their feed…

They forget you exist.
(Not because they’re mean — because Instagram exists.)

Great dentistry isn’t the problem.
Being remembered is.

🎄✨ Moral of the story:
Patient experience brings them in.
Email + social keeps them coming back.

🦷 Dentist Visibility Checklist

10 simple ways to stay visible with social media + email (without adding hours)

1. Pick ONE/TWO platforms- You don't have to work on all platforms
Consistency beats coverage.

2. Post thrice a week (that’s enough)
One helpful post.
One relatable or educational post.
That’s it.

3. Save 5 patient FAQs and turn it into a post
4. Pin ONE post to your profile
Make it clear:

-who you help
-what you’re known for
-how to book

5. Send ONE email a month
Not a newsletter marathon.
Just:
-a reminder
-a tip
-a service highlight

Silence is worse than “simple.”

6. You do not need a camera crew- Use your phone

Record a 30–60 second behind-the-scenes video- setting up a room, prepping instruments, reviewing the schedule, or a quick team moment. Film it on your phone in good natural light. That’s more than enough.

7. Reuse the same content
That post you shared?
→ turn it into an email
→ turn it into a Story
→ turn it into a caption

No one notices repetition — except you.

8. Set one recurring reminder
Block 20 minutes once a week on your calendar.
That’s your marketing “maintenance.”

9. Stop aiming for perfect
Patients don’t expect marketing brilliance.
They expect familiarity.

Being remembered beats being impressive.

Myth:
“If I just get more leads, my schedule will stay full.”

Reality (the part no one warns you about):
Most dental practices don’t lose patients because of too few leads.
They lose them because:
Follow-up depends on a busy front desk

Inactive patients quietly drift away
Leads come in… and nothing happens next

Not because anyone dropped the ball —
but because there’s no system backing them up

The Funny-but-True Part:
Leads without follow-up are like patients who say:
“I’ll call next week.”
They mean it.
Life just gets louder.

What Actually Helps:
Instead of chasing more leads:
Re-engage inactive patients

Nurture people who already showed interest
Let email + SMS quietly support your team
That’s where predictability comes from — not more traffic

Marketing doesn’t fail dental practices.
Incomplete systems do.
Great dentistry builds trust.
Follow-up helps patients act on it.

Most dental practices retain only half their patients each year…
and listen — it’s not because your crown fell out,
or your filling popped off,

No.
It’s because…
you didn’t email them/show up on social media… and they literally forgot you exist.
Patients will trust you with their actual molars —
their bones —
but ask them your name six months later
Meanwhile, YOU’RE sitting there like:
“I literally saved your tooth.
We went through something together.
There were numbing needles involved.
HOW do you not remember me?”
But listen — people aren’t at home longing for their dentist.
They’re not lighting candles like:
“Alexa, play sad music… I miss my 6-month cleaning.”
No.
They’re on Instagram watching dog reels, tortilla slap challenges,
and whatever the Kardashians are doing this week.
And you?
Without one email?
No social media post
You become invisible.
Gone.
Like the floss they swear they “use every night.”

I am not Crazyyyyy….

Over 90% of dentists now believe that demand for aesthetic procedures has increased, and they say social media is one of the biggest reasons why.

And honestly… Don't you think that makes sense?
People are seeing whitening transformations, aligner journeys, and smile makeovers online every single day.

So here’s the real question:
How do you think patients find out about your services if they’ve never visited you… and they never see you talk about it?

If it’s not showing up in their feed, it’s simply not on their mind.

Patients aren’t avoiding whitening or aligners — they just don’t know you offer them. They only know what they see consistently.

That’s why highlighting your services frequently on social media works so well.
A simple rhythm — whitening, aligners, veneers, FAQs — keeps you visible, keeps you relevant, and gets patients curious enough to ask.

Because once they see it… they finally start thinking,
“Wait, do they do this too?”

And that’s where the real opportunity begins.

Most dentists send newsletters… but only a few send newsletters that actually bring patients back. 🦷✨

If you’ve ever spent hours writing the “perfect” email — added the tooth emoji, tossed in a flossing meme, proofread it 27 times — and still got zero bookings, you’re not alone.

The truth? A high-performing dental newsletter needs more than reminders and service lists. When done right, it can:
✔️ Increase patient recall
✔️ Reactivate past patients
✔️ Boost case acceptance
✔️ Keep your practice top-of-mind (even in a crowded market)

Swipe through to see what actually works inside a newsletter — and how to turn “sent” into scheduled.

If you want this built for your practice (without spending hours writing), send me a DM with NEWSLETTER and I’ll walk you through how I do it for dental clinics in DFW.

Does this sound familiar?

As a dental practice, you go out of your way to take care of your patients — make them comfortable, follow up after treatments to check how they’re doing, share after-care tips…

That’s a lot of effort.

But still, some don’t come back.

And let’s be honest — your front office is tired of sending reminders and leaving voicemails that never get returned.

Here’s the part most practices don’t realize: your biggest revenue leak isn’t from not getting enough new patients — it’s from the ones who already know you but quietly drift away.

You’re not alone. The average dental practice retains only about half of its patients, which means half never return. That’s lost time, lost revenue, and extra work trying to replace them.

You’ve probably heard plenty of marketers promise “new patients” and “quick growth.”

That’s not what I do.

I help your dental practice reconnect with patients who already know you and trust you. One medical practice did this recently — and started seeing their old patients again within the first month.

Don’t you think that just makes sense? You’ve already invested the time to earn their trust — why start from scratch?
