Did you know that prairie creek beef actually owns and operates start to finish now? We bred, raise, feed and finish our own cattle, and own the USDA processing.
We have spent the last 3 years at the mercy of others, from having our cattle ground into someone else burger to being charged $1600+ to have a animal processed. That makes it extremely hard to sell affordable beef. Not anymore. We control it all. As always our ground beef is $5.50 #. Have a beautiful weekend.
