🚨 Beware of Internet Scams! 🚨

Recently, I was approached on LinkedIn by a young minister seeking financial support for his church and campus community.

Despite his polite demeanor, his intentions became clear:
"I don't want you to speak to my students or help my community with resources and information. I just want your money. I just want you to listen to me and my heart for Jesus."

After his pitch, he urged me to sign up immediately for monthly payments to fund his missions. This raised several red flags:

Why wouldn’t his students benefit from valuable information and resources?

He claimed the "Holy Spirit" led him to me, yet had no social media presence to back up his platform.

He was in another state, requesting funds with no credible proof of his mission.

I don't engage or transact with anyone acting out of desperation. Genuine faith and ministry should reflect trust in divine provision, not pressuring others for money.

I advised him to seek a full-time job rather than relying on dubious online tithes. This is a modern-day scam, and I urge the Body of Christ to be vigilant. Beware of anyone pressuring you to sow money into their ministry, especially when they claim not to use social media.
