That little red dot with the numbers will go away, but you'll still be notified when a new email arrives.

→ See an email that needs to be addressed but don't have time to do so right now? Just click, "remind me," and it'll repopulate for you!

→ Is your home screen overwhelming you? Opt for widgets and folders to consolidate content. We'll happily provide you custom, branded wallpaper. DM us the word, WALLPAPER for yours!

→ Try FOCUS, if you haven't yet. You can block texts, calls, emails and apps; designate who can break-thru call; even block all clients during non-work hours to keep from seeing notifications. 😉

I respectfully disagree with Maya Angelou. Here's why...

You CAN use up creativity.

You know the quote from a thousand memes, "You can't use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have."

I disagree..

You CAN use up creativity … by working around the clock until you find yourself staring at a blinking cursor—the will to write firmly in place, and yet not a word will come.

You CAN bring extraordinary design to life and source the design district day after day, and one day you find yourself at DMC in the Feizy showroom, talking to Michael Bauer without a clue how you got there. Did you drive? Blink, blink.

Creativity takes 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬. It's 𝘦𝘹𝘩𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨. As an interior designer, you know this all too well.

And I bet—that as your firm's founder—you know how hard it is to 𝘸𝘢𝘭𝘬 𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘺 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘬𝘦𝘯𝘥.

A gentle nudge to walk away. Let's close our laptops and silence our phones and pet our dogs and just 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘵 this weekend. Let's allow sleep and sunshine and friends and love to fill our cups so we return to work Monday brimming with creativity. Let's create space for artfulness to flourish.
