Nope, still NOT giving up. Here's what I'm changing this month/year ๐
But first, FOLLOW @[info]brittneybrands
Even though, coming into 2023 was a roller-coaster for many. We are almost 6 years in at the agency, and this is just an overviewโฆ.
โถ๏ธUltimately, we got rid of short-term no-gain services, which was not financially impacting our client's ROA.
โถ๏ธSpent $10K hiring an ad agency consultant to tell us how to level the f**k up in 6 months and scale (got ROA back immediately and within the year)
โถ๏ธCreated SOP's and automations (girl, let me tell you the relief - why did we not think of this years ago. That's right, it's called experience and growth).
I decided to create an open door for new and aspiring beauty brand owners, and for me to scale and grow, change had to be made.
As you consider your own goals for the new year, I want to encourage you with this:
Youโve got this.
And I believe in you.
It doesnโt matter if you didnโt start your beauty brand in 2022.
We are in a new year with a new chance to clean the slate and start again.
Join me today in making a decision to make 2023 the BEST year yet!
